Aftercare is taken care of by Gateway Pet Memorial – Pet Cremation Services. Ashes and memorial products typically take about two weeks to return to your regular veterinary clinic.
Private Cremation: With this service, your beloved pet will be cremated alone in a private chamber. Once the cremation service is completed, your pet’s remains will be collected and returned to you. Each private cremation includes a complimentary scattering tube or a silk pouch. Decorative urns are available at an additional cost.
Regular/Communal Cremation: With this service, your beloved pet will be cremated in a group setting with other pets. Once the cremation service is complete, your pet’s remains will be removed. A fraction of the remains from each group are later interred at the Ancaster Pet Cemetery in a communal burial plot. Please note that the cremated remains of your pet will not be returned to you with this service.
A complimentary white model magic paw print can be provided by Dr. Rosen at the time of the appointment as a personal keepsake, regardless of which aftercare option you choose.
